Transform XIV
Terms and conditions

Transform XIV (“Transform”) is run by A Bit Of This Publishing Pty Ltd ABN 73 161 497 963 trading as Elite Agent (“Elite Agent”, “we”, “us”). By booking a place or using the Transform app in My Elite Agent, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@eliteagent.com.
1. What you get
Thirty days of practical AI for real estate from 1 October 2026: a daily step by email and in the Transform app, four live sessions (Thursdays 1, 8, 15 and 22 October, 11am Brisbane time), a place in the Watercooler (the participant community), and the other inclusions listed on transform.eliteagent.com at the time you booked. You need your own paid ChatGPT or Claude plan, bought separately.
2. The Walk-In Guarantee and refunds
Do the first seven days. If Transform isn’t for you, email support@eliteagent.com by 11:59pm Brisbane time on Thursday 8 October 2026 and we’ll refund every dollar you paid. If you book after 1 October, you have seven days from the day you booked.
After that, we don’t give refunds for a change of mind. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
A refund ends your Transform access, including the Transform app, the Watercooler and any complimentary Ailsa access that came with Transform. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.
3. The prizes
A$5,000 in cash prizes, thanks to PropertyMe: A$3,000 for first, A$1,500 for second and A$500 for third.
Who can win. The prizes are open only to people who have booked Transform in their own name and work for a real estate business that sells or leases property, as a sales agent, property manager, department manager, director, business development manager, or in marketing or admin. Coaches, trainers, consultants, industry suppliers and their staff are welcome to take part and earn points, but they can’t win a prize. Elite Agent and PropertyMe staff can’t win a prize.
How winners are chosen. Winners are chosen on leaderboard points across the 30 days plus a live final. Points are earned automatically in the Transform app for completing steps and taking part (for example, replies to other participants earn points up to a daily cap). Two to three days before the end, we hide the leaderboard and invite the top prize-eligible participants (up to ten) to a final build challenge, judged live. If a finalist can’t take part, we may invite the next person on the leaderboard. The judges are Samantha McLean, Mark Edwards and Sarah Dawson. They look at points and the final, and their decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Playing fair. Points are for real participation. If we believe someone has gamed the points (for example, empty or copied posts, or several accounts), we can remove those points or disqualify them.
The leaderboard. You can hide your name from the public leaderboard at any time from your Transform profile. To be eligible for a prize, you need to be on the leaderboard.
Winners. We’ll announce the winners by Monday 2 November 2026 and contact them by email. Full details of what winners need to do to receive their prize will be sent to the winners at the time. Prizes are paid in Australian dollars and can’t be transferred. Any tax on a prize is the winner’s responsibility.
4. The Watercooler
The Watercooler is where participants post, reply and react. What you post there is seen by other Transform participants. Be generous and be kind. Don’t post anything abusive, harassing, racist, bigoted, sexist, defamatory, obscene or otherwise offensive, don’t sell to other participants, and don’t share anyone else’s private information or client details.
We can remove any post. If you breach these rules, we can remove you from Transform, including the Transform app and the Watercooler, with no refund. Our decision is final.
5. Your photo, your bio and AI
To make your profile photos, the selfie you take or upload is sent to OpenAI’s image model, which makes three versions for you to choose from. To draft your bio, we read the web page you give us (using Firecrawl) and Anthropic’s Claude writes a draft that you can edit. Your chosen photo, name, office and bio are shown to other Transform participants.
We may share your Transform card, posts and progress on Elite Agent’s own channels to celebrate participants. If you’d rather we didn’t, email support@eliteagent.com.
6. Your details and PropertyMe
We handle your personal information in line with Elite Agent’s privacy policy. PropertyMe is the presenting partner of Transform XIV. Unless you opt out, we’ll share your name, agency and contact details with PropertyMe so they can contact you about their products, for example to offer a demo. You can opt out when you join, from your Transform profile, or by emailing support@eliteagent.com. We don’t share your details with anyone else. If you win a prize, we also share your name and contact details with PropertyMe so the prize can be paid.
7. Using Transform
Your licence. We give you a personal licence to use Transform. Don’t copy, share, resell or republish the lessons, videos, handouts or app without our written permission. Everything in Transform is copyright Elite Agent or our content suppliers.
Not professional advice. Transform is general education. Check anything AI produces before you use it with clients, and follow the law, your agency’s policies and your licensing obligations.
Other sites. Transform links to tools and sites we don’t control, such as ChatGPT and Claude. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Liability. Except for the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, Transform is provided as is and we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you’ll get any particular result. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to the price you paid for Transform. You agree to cover us for claims that result from your breach of these terms.
Things outside our control. If something beyond our control (for example, an outage, extreme weather, illness or a change in the law) affects Transform, we may move or change sessions or steps.
Removing participants. We can remove any participant whose behaviour, in our opinion, is unacceptable. Our decision is final.
Changes. We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we’ll tell you in the Transform app or by email.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
